Students - Build skills, create portfolios, showcase real work, and access opportunities. Students are onboarded through their colleges, which must first create and manage the institution's account.

Companies - Discover verified talent with portfolios, post opportunities, and hire with confidence.

Mentors - Guide students on skills, portfolios and career paths, and collaborate with colleges and companies to improve outcomes.

Students may be able to create impactful portfolios in just 2-3 hours by documenting work they've already completed.

No problem! You can:

• Start with assignments from your coursework
• Complete challenges provided on the platform
• Participate in college events/competitions and document them
• Create simple projects (coding exercises, design mockups, written analyses)
• Even personal learning projects count

Remember: everyone starts somewhere. A portfolio with 2-3 small projects is better than no portfolio at all.

While we can't guarantee jobs, BloomingPros.ai significantly improves your chances by:

Employers on the platform post real opportunities. The more complete your profile, the stronger your applications.

For our current pilot, BloomingPros.ai is primarily focused on engineering and technology students and roles. You’ll get the most value if you are working on technical projects, coding, or engineering-focused work

Over time, the core idea of BloomingPros.ai is designed to work for students from ALL backgrounds, because portfolios and proof of work matter in every field, not just engineering. For example:

We recommend starting small with 20-50 students to learn the system before rolling out institution-wide.

We take data privacy seriously:

• Students control what they share
• Colleges can only see aggregate data + individual data for students who've given consent
• All data is encrypted and secure (Azure cloud infrastructure)
• We are compatible with various data protection regulations

Minimal! After initial setup (2-3 hours), ongoing time requirements should be in the range of:

If you choose to enable approval workflows, changes made by students (such as profile edits or job applications) can be routed to your queues for review, which may require some additional dedicated time.

BloomingPros.ai is not an open talent marketplace.

Companies do not search or browse a student database.

Instead, you post opportunities. Students from your partner colleges apply. Their TPO reviews and approves applications. You then see only the approved applicant pool for your specific posting.

This ensures quality, relevance and privacy — for both employers and students.

Yes, we take security very seriously:

Infrastructure:

• Hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud (enterprise-grade security)
• All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/SSL)
• All data encrypted at rest
• Regular security reviews and improvements
• Secure backup and disaster recovery mechanisms

Access Control:

• You control who sees your information

• Role-based access (e.g. students can't see college admin data, etc.)

Privacy:

• We never sell your data

• GDPR- and India DPDP- aligned practices

Our security and privacy practices are continuously refined, so you may see periodic updates as we strengthen the platform.

If you delete your account:

• Your portfolios and projects are deleted.

• Your personal information is marked for deletion and becomes non-discoverable, except where we must retain certain data for legal obligations or to maintain platform data integrity.

• Your activity data may be anonymized and used only for aggregate analytics.

No, BloomingPros.ai requires an internet connection to work. However:

• You can access it from anywhere with internet
• Works on mobile data or WiFi
• No need to install any software
• Your data syncs across all devices
